(Is that a word?) There's a lot to be said for keeping up the habit (of healthy things, that is!), even when it feels uncomfortable and stupid. I'm so impressed that you're doing this! I think it would be the equivalent of me trying to draw every day and then posting what I had done on-line, which is completely unfathomable to me right now. So bravo for you!!!
